Details

With bold, colorful patterns and artisanal craftsmanship, these reversible unisex Kimonos are designed to last. Kimono jackets can be worn four ways: rolled up accent sleeves for little ones and full-length sleeves for bigger toddlers in either direction. Limited run and high quality construction means your child’s jacket will be a true original—an heirloom that can be passed on to multiple siblings or generations.

This hooded jacket comes in limited numbers and sizes ranging from 3m to 4T. It is available in bright red corduroy on one side and showcases the "Migrating Cranes, Orange" African Wax print on the other. "FIRST RUN" features 21 unique prints.

African Wax

Striking in color and design, internationally admired African Wax Textiles are the product of a fascinating, transnational, history of global cultural exchange. Pikku Takki hopes to continue that journey, circling back to a tradition of hand-made and artisanally-produced garments. “FIRST RUN's" curator Aliza Rand and Swiss Designer Sabine Kaipainen invite you to join us and engage with the histories, traditions, and practices of the clothing we wear.
